About Crisis/Respite Nursery Services

Our nurseries provide crisis and respite childcare for children ages 0-11 years. Our caregivers have background screenings, are thoroughly trained in childcare and trauma, and are CPR/First Aid certified.

Respite Care

Respite care is a planned break and is scheduled in advance for up to three hours per week during regular business hours (9 am-9 pm Monday-Saturday).  Reasons to schedule a respite appointment include but are not limited to: attending support groups, doctor or counseling appointments parenting or self-improvement classes, self-care, stress break, marriage building activities, etc. 

Crisis Care

Crisis care is extended childcare for parents in a crisis situation where there is no other safe alternative for the children.  This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for up to 72 hours at a time. Crisis care may include but is not limited to: emergency medical situations or planned procedures, childbirth, incarceration, death in the family, homelessness, etc.  It can also be requested any time the child may be at imminent risk of physical or emotional harm.
